If you will only get one shapewear, get this. It is better than the Belly & Hip shaper (corset type with enclosures at the side) because with the bikini, there is no other way for the fat/loose organs/skin to go but inwards. I've tried many shapewear before. They were able to make me slimmer somehow, but maybe not as much, and they never stay put! They always roll down and I have to keep adjusting and pulling them up. it's one thing that I appreciate the most about Wink shapewears.
